The Autumn term started recently and the children came back to school looking happy, smiley, very clean and eager to get started again. The sun shone for the first few days and the school flew that National Flag of Uganda with pride and set up the community hall as a classroom. Most of the pillars have been plastered and little by little, as finances allow, the quality of the building is being improved ! More importantly the building you can see at the back left of the photo which used to be a storeroom is being fitted out to make another classroom.
The good pieces of wood will help improve the fencing will ensure the compound is secure and any cut offs are will be used for cooking, nothing gets wasted here.
